This scam dates back to stealing AOL accounts in the mid-90s. Here’s some modern examples (obviously the technique has moved to a new media with little improvement):
- Hack A wow Account In 15 minutes
- Easy WoW account hack
- Hack Msn
- How To Hack Runescape
- Hack Steam Accounts 100% working no Scam
Certainly these will be gone after a while, but it’s easy to find more by searching for “hack account” on Youtube or Google Video. Very funny stuff. I suppose it works though? Does anyone know of anyone who’s fallen for this? Your “friend”, I’m sure .
Hope they’re still up when I get home from work! Not that I would use them, but it is always interesting to peek behind the security veils we like to keep up around the things we do, and see the creativity of others. (Speaking WoW, that is!)

yeh just came accross the old phishin scam on Youtube, Quite a lot of them actuly.
well any Rtard who thinks they can get accsess to someone elses Account details by entering thier own in an email to some bogus Blizaccountsupport@wescamedyourassfool.com deserves to lose thier accounts to phishers.
people need to wise up. only a few months ago i was emailed from a friends yahoo with a phishing web page on yahoo yes i was stupid it looked ligit but i should of noticed the person who sent it to me dosn’t normaly talk to me much or send emails.
never again will i be Douped. i just hope others notice the scam.
