I’ve decided to start using del.icio.us to sort out and post my bookmarks.  The logic is that if you read my blog, follow me on twitter, or use the write-ups and software I’ve posted, there’s a good chance you’ll also like the same kind of sites I like.  My bookmarks are available here:

I’ve already cleaned out my Safari bookmarks and posted what was useful to del.icio.us.  Most links will be at least tangentially related to security, with a few fun things here and there.

There’s also a way for me to have summaries of my bookmarking activities posted to the blog daily.  I’m going to try to set that up and see if I like it, but no guarantees on whether or not I’ll keep it.  I don’t want the updates to be no-content posts that nobody wants to read.   I know that posts consisting of “just a bunch of links” aren’t very exciting, so I’m going to try to write good summaries and/or commentary in my notes for each bookmark, or at least let you know briefly why you should care about a link.  Hopefully this will give the del.icio.us posts some value.  As a reader, give it a chance please.  I’ll also try to not let it interfere with “real” posts :) .
