Ridiculous fake organization that is encouraging people to sniff and analyze data on public Wifi networks. I’m pretty sure this is a joke, but who knows. Thanks for the confirmation, all!
The DHS Neighborhood Network Watch program is not a joke unfortunately…scary huh?

Maybe he is a college kid working for the feds. NYU’s got some ties in with the DHS, as in they got internships along with they come to visit the campus at times. So, who knows really.
