		<description>I seen that email and I sort of put it to the side not really interested at the moment with certain stuff since I became a Customer Service Rep at work. Maybe someday I&#039;ll get back into the swing of things and It&#039;s a bit fun talking to companies now since I sort of know how they think</description>

They want the best of all worlds: Keep loyal customers AND woo new ones... The ones who are neither aren&#039;t too important it seems.
However: we&#039;re talking $90k for a subscription or somesuch? I wonder if they really need that money from that many subscribers...</description>
