The original description for the book indicated that the final chapter would be sold separately 6 months after the release of the collector's edition, however it's anybody's guess as to whether Syngress/Elsevier will actually do that.

I was wondering if the "Stealing the Network: The Final Chapter" will be sold independently, since i already have purchased the other 4, and i really enjoyed them , I dont think its fair to have to purchae a whole new set just to get the final book.
Anyone know if it will be sold seperately?

"Continent" was probably my favorite of them all. "Box" was good too, with independent, stand-alone stories for each chapter. The followups to "Continent" somehow aren't as interesting, but they have some good moments are worth reading for the technical parts and just to see how the story goes.

I've only read "How To Own A Continent," and I thought some of the chapters showed why their authors should never be allowed to write fiction. Really, FX? Your female character spends her free time at home reverse engineering in the nude? Maybe she should hook up with Tiffany from the Sapheads comic.

I think that was the worst of the bad writing, and I did enjoy the book's technical elements and the way they put the story together. But I wonder, those of you who have read the other books - how do they compare to "Continent"?

Hi Wesley,

As soon as you told me about the misleading description I took it down. It looks like at some point in the past the book was going to contain all of that info. I will find out why it is reverting to the wrong info and fix it immediately!
