This site was created using the Hugo static site generation framework, with a modified version of the hugo-xmin minimal theme.
What you are seeing is written in plain-text markdown, then the HTML/CSS is generated using Hugo. There is no dynamic server-side content, and there is no Javascript. Nothing is running in the context of your browser, no client-side storage is being used, and there are no cookies. It should be readable in text-mode web browsers such as Links, and is minimal enough to load quickly on slow connections (such as through Tor).
